When an app is removed from a Facebook or Instagram account, a deletion request is raised here automatically and a confirmation code is issued. Enter that code to see where the request has got to.
No code? You do not need one. Removing the app from your Facebook or Instagram settings is enough on its own — the deletion runs whether or not you ever open this page. The other ways to delete your data, including emailing us, are on the data deletion page.
